From IT support staffing to specialized technical talent.
Since 2023 Knight Shift has built and supported remote IT teams from Latin America. We are now extending the same model to BIM, CAD and drafting support.
The model stays the same: identify strong professionals, assess them for the actual role, and help them integrate into international teams, with Knight Shift supporting the process behind the scenes.
