Knight Shift offers flexible equipment options to match each client’s needs and scale.

We provide equipment packages ranging from Basic to Advanced, ensuring every professional has the tools required for optimal performance.

Clients can choose between three models:

  • Knight Shift Provided (Full Service): Equipment is included in the monthly service fee. Knight Shift handles purchase, configuration, and maintenance — ideal for small teams of up to three professionals. For larger teams, this option is not available due to scalability and cost-efficiency considerations.

  • Client-Funded Packages: The client selects and funds the desired equipment package (Basic, Pro, or Custom) upfront or within the first invoice. Knight Shift manages sourcing, setup, and delivery under our quality and security standards.

  • Client-Provided Hardware: Enterprise clients may provide their own devices or virtual access environments (VDI). Knight Shift coordinates logistics, onboarding, and compliance.

This approach allows Knight Shift to maintain high-quality standards, operational flexibility, and transparent cost structures — while ensuring every professional is properly equipped to perform from day one.

Knight Shift fully complies with Chilean labor laws and respects all national public holidays.

Each month, we send our clients a Holiday Report and Advisory Notice that lists upcoming Chilean holidays in advance. This allows proper planning and coordination for uninterrupted service.

When a holiday occurs, clients and employees may choose between several options, always through mutual agreement:

  • Work on the holiday with additional pay.

  • Exchange the day for another working date.

  • Take the holiday as a regular day off.

Knight Shift supervises this process through established internal protocols, ensuring that all agreements respect labor regulations while maintaining operational continuity and fairness for both parties.

The timeframe depends on the client’s requirements and the number of professionals requested.

For small teams or standard technical profiles, Knight Shift can typically deploy fully onboarded professionals within 2 to 4 weeks.
For larger or specialized teams, the process may extend to 4 to 6 weeks, allowing us to ensure proper recruitment, training, and cultural alignment.
